My Review

My first thought when reading the last few lines of A Silver Willow By The Shore was. “Wow. This is one touching story.” And I can’t think of any other way to say it. This book really left me thinking about my own family, about my wonderful mother and my many sisters, and how they are all just so special to me, and how important family is.

So, did this book move me? Yes. Yes, it did. I could see the clear dedication and love the author Kelli Stuart had for her book while writing it, and that love shines through the pages.

While it did seem to drag a little in places (I’m used to action-packed fantasy), and the omniscient way of writing threw me off at times, I still enjoyed A Silver Willow By The Shore greatly, and was left with a nostalgic feeling as I closed the book.
